ADAM ALBIN

Adam Albin is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant run by Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman. After ten years in business, they saw an opportunity to further evolve, reimagining the concept from the ground up. Overlooking the Royal Palace, the Opera and the Swedish Parliament, the new concept is conceived as an elevated home. With a refined, eclectic identity shaped by tactility, craftsmanship, and a sense of history, the restaurant launched in April 2026 as their most ambitious project to date, and was awarded a Michelin star just two months later.
